MS will not be able to help you. Just make sure you are typing it in correctly and
using a zero, not an o (oh) in the string. You must be using the same type of install
media also. Example, OEM disc, retail disc or the disc supplied with the machine.
The CD KEY will not interchange between version types.
If the old install still started, you could have used a key finder available on the
internet to retrieve your key or found it in the registry.
