Problem with Program Items

I can not see other items in Program items from Start->Programs, I can only see the
folders like "Accessories" and others but single items like "Windows Explorer, Miscrosoft
Word, Excel" etc are not visible. Is there any kind of virus or something else? Please
reply.

Sorry for delay. Yes! I have scanned with antivirus and adaware and there is no virus.
I think there is a problem with registry. But I don't know how to resolve it.
