Is there somebody that might be able to direct this old senior c on how to activate my Windows 98SE. Had this system for quite awhile, but my HD went out on me. It was the operating system of its day when I purchased the PC. Have the installation disk but can't remember what I did with the product code for the OS. It's around here somewhere but I haven't a clue. I was able to install to PC but need product code for activation. Can you help? Your assistance would be very much appreciated. Thank you! Kioti

"Activation" is actually an XP term. There you have to jump thru EVEN MORE hoops.
...then there's XP's "Windows Genuine Advantage" which constantly calls you a thief.
