Adding a hard drive with existing data

I would like to add a pre-existing hard drive to another computer in my home. My
previous computer is very old but I had put a new hard drive in a couple years ago
so the hard drive is still good. I want to take out that hard drive and add it to
another computer (a newer one) that I have, that has a smaller hard drive and be
able to use both drives. I have read about adding a fresh hard drive but not sure
the process on adding a hard drive with data on it that I would like to keep. I'm
dealing with two Win98 computers. Any help would be great.

If you just want the data. then slave it the middle IDE connector of the New Computers
Windows Hard Drive. The Windows Drive jumper is set as master, the Data Drives Jumper
your adding is set to Slave.

You can add a second hard drive as slave. You can delete the files you do not want
to free some space. (if you are not using the old computer anymore)
