When my computer slows down, I press ctrl/alt/del and I see several "msimn not responding" notes and often several "msimn" notes. I delete them but it is time-consuming and the problem returns. I don't know how to eliminate this problem and I don't want to use "clean" computer searches for security reasons. Please help! Russ
