I am running Win 98. When I am online I can use email without probs but sooner or later(usualy sooner) Windows freezes when I am using either browser. Ctrl Alt delete does nothing and I have press reset. The modem continus to talk with windows frozen but disconnects when reset is pressed. The modem works fine with fax programs. Its a new machine but when I took it back it worked fine for them(right...). Does it seem like a reinstall of Windows is order or is there a things that I should be doing first? Thanx. Nicolas

No, Windows 98 was built with bad code so it's made of freeze. Make sure all the drivers are ok.
