i remember someone who used to stick dimes between the keys and the body of the keyboard...
try searching the web for a keyboard mapping program. maybe you could turn them into
something harmless like extra shift keys.

Don't know if it would work with your keyboard ,but
if you can find ,online , the MS IntelliType software,
it has options in it for changing / turning off those
Windows keys on the keyboard.
My keyboard is an MS Internet Pro Keyboard , with
extra internet hot keys and such.
Again , if yours is a generic keyboard with windows
keys on it , then I don't know if the software would
have any effect.
