I have a question about How do I add or remove sound events from Control Panel?:

Can anyone reference the 'third pary software written especially for this purpose?" . To be precise, I would like to add a 'mail sent' sound to Outlook Express. At present, there are no hooks to accomplish this in the control panel sounds tab.. thanx Jaydubbya

Sound Association doesn't work in Windows XP. Anybody got an alternative?
