help , on my moms computer i redid motherboard and cpu and f disk the hard drive reloaded windows 98 it keeps locking up and won t boot windows, with a error saying , internal stack overflow has caused this sesson to be halted. change the stacks setting in your CONFIG.SYS file, but on her computer the file is empty , what should i do, help please
