Actually, an upgrade would serve you better than a retrograde. If you " Uninstall " Windows ME using the "Restore " disc which should have been supplied by the computer Manufacturer, You will also probably lose any programs, utilities and files you have added since the purchase of your PC. I suggest that; If stability is your problem; Then go ahead and upgrade to Windows XP(home edition) It is very stable and user friendly, plus; You will not lose anything previously installed.
