Unfortunately Bonzi Buddy is spyware which is sometimes difficult to uninstall completely. Here is a site that may be of help:

You can find other sites by opening Google.com and searching for "bonzi buddy spyware".

After you have uninstalled you may want to make sure you have no residual spyware on your system. There is a free product called Ad-Aware which will scan your system and remove every trace of this insidious software. You can download it here:
