What o/s are you using? Try going to: http://support.microsoft.com and look for article number Q191949; it may help. If it doesn't, go into Start/settings/printers. Right click your printer and choose 'Properties'. Switch to the 'Details' tab and click 'Spool settings'. Click 'Print Directly to the Printer' and make sure 'RAW' is selected in 'Spool Data Format'. Click OK to exit. If you still have a problem after this, try reinstalling your printer driver - instructions for this at: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/ Q228/3/45.asp#9 Hope some of this helps..
