You are kidding? You have a start button, bottom left? Drop mouse pointer below bottom of screen and start bar appears? No. Press windows button on keyboard? Am I on to the wrong idea here? Find start button, click on, menu appears, go to parameters, task bar and start menu, un-check hide automatically, click apply and Ok and the task bar stays visible. Right? Wrong? Is this ok for you?
