You could check the Lavasoft folder and if you find INSTALL.LOG there attempt to open it with Notepad. The file should contain a list of the installation actions such as "File Copy", "Shell Link", "RegDB Root", etc. You could reinstall Ad-Aware in the same default folder and then evoke the uninstaller again. You didn't say why you want to eliminate Ad-Aware from your system. Its a handy utility to check your system from time to time to make sure you haven't inadvertently acquired a new spy. If your reason for removal is because of the Ad-Watch feature which runs every time you start, that action can be disabled in the Options>Preference by unchecking "Autostart Adwatch".
