Few people WANT to steal, fewer still
when there isn't an actual need.
MicroSoft however has created the need
with thier preditory behavour. Using MS's
OS has ceased to be an option. It has
become an essential component of civilized
life for many people, much like a telephone.
A 'must have' regardless of one's ability
to pay for it.
Fortunatly my income is not MS based and
I have the luxury of a non-MS choice.
