Stmgr caused an error in WINTRUST.DLL Sunday, July 14, 2002 at 9:55 am Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Enrique Carino (2 messages posted) "Stmgr has caused an error in WINTRUST.DLL Stmgr will now close. If you continue to experience problems try restarting your computer." The above error message pops up on start up after the 'Scandisk Error' screen shows and stays on until the 'Enter Network Password' screen displays. If the computer is functional, the mouse is very erratic. It shoots off the screen and disappears or it scrolls down diagonally by itself. Otherwise, the computer can be used for a few minutes and freezes up.
