My "_RESTORE" folder was 20GB, half of my hard disc. You can safely turn off and
delete the _restore folder following these steps:
1. right click my computer select "Properties" 2. click the "Performance"
tab and select "File System" 3. click the "Troubleshooting" tab
and the last option is to disable "System Restore" which will delete the _restore
folder on restart
you can always reactivate _restore using the same pocedure
if you think your system is ever going to the wall, but there seems to be more problems
with _restore than benifits
