Hello - Why not just format the HD, and install Win2k on a clean partition? You'll have to reinstall all your apps, but it will be cleaner! When you installed WINME, did you do an upgrade from Windows 98? Did you save the windows 98 installation? If so, you can uninstall ME and revert back to 98. If not, the first option is best. Dave
