Question about 'Copy or Move to Specified Path'

I have a question about Copy or Move to Specified Path:

I down loaded the file and unzipped the file and placed it in send to under windows. click a file and then write click send to: I see anyfolder but it does not work. Am I missing a file, ie. anyfolder.inf. If yes, where do I find it. Thanks ;-(
