Internet connectio sharing Using Enternet 300

I have two PC's, I got my main PC working and connected to the internet, my home
network/LAN is fine, i am able to print and copy files through LAN but i am not able
to share or activate my internet connection sharing. Is there any help out there?
Anyone?
Specs:
WinME OS
CNET Pro 200 LAn cards
