The term "Live-Update" is one used by Norton for its virus definition up-dates. Windows
uses simply Windows "Up-Date" You have applied the check-marks in the appropriate
windows before clicking on the download button. If so try deleting the Windows Up-date
folder and re-booting your system. Then try again at: Windows Update
