You should make a backup before editing this file. Click START\RUN, type system.ini in the 'Open' box and press enter. This should open the file in NotePad. Drill down to the line Shell=Explorer.exe openme.exe. Now edit the line to read Shell=Explorer.exe. After you've made the change, click 'Save' on the 'File' menu. Exit NotePad and reboot.
