Undeletable 0 Byte .TXT file Monday, September 9, 2002 at 4:46 am Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Joe Black (1 messages posted) For months I have a problem with an undeletable 0 Byte .TXT file. It appeared one day after uninstalling a program and ever since i have not being able to delete it even after using various file shredders, file cleaning programs etc. Even through MS Dos I can not delete it. Please I need some help.
