Security Content Advisor and Internet Failure

Without altering my system at all, as of 2 days, I get the following message whenever
I try to log onto the Internet:
"Please check your Content Advisor settings for missing information. Click the Tools
menu and then click Internet Options. On the Content tab, check the Content Advisor
settings."
I have not altered or tampered with these settings. When I go to the Content Advisor,
the settings are all shifted to the left, and I then must hit "apply" and then "disable"
to get onto the Internet.
What is going on?
