Right,
I was so annoyed I was going to partition my hard drive and have a dual booot ME
/ XP machine. To do this I had to partition the hard drive and defrag it. I tried
this and defrag said my disk had errors that needed repairing. This was strange
as it was a brand new HD. I tried to use scandisk utility and when I tried the screen
went black and nothing happend. I hit reset a few times and forced it to run scan
disk. When it had finished I ran defrag and all was ok. I double clicked on outlook
and it opened first time. Touch wood all seems fine now. Maybe you had to reset
or something when you originally installed outlook or configured it and that is what
has caused the error.
Good Luck....
Ran.
