Not sure exactly what you're question is...but the easiest way to prevent programs from loading when Windows starts is using the "msconfig" utility. Start/Run/ type "msconfig" (w/o the quotes),click OK.Click on the Startup tab,and uncheck any programs you wish to prevent from running when Windows starts. Here's a couple good sites for more info;
