I fouind that by right-clicking on the _RESTORE file opening properties and changing
the properties from hidden to Archive or (in French) Lecteur seul (What is that again
in English?) and applying the change to all sub folders and files you can simply
delete them. When you re-boot Windows should have made a new _RESTORE file.
For C:\windows\startmenu\programs\startup\MS_SETUP.exe look here: Symantec
Free on-line Anti-Virus check: HouseCall Anti Virus
And another from Symantec: Norton-Symantec
On-line security check from: Symantec Security Check
Configure your connection to protect your bios, etc.

C:\_RESTORE\ARCHIVE\FS55.cab *A0006627.cpy

C:\_RESTORE\ARCHIVE\FS131.cab *A0024863.cpy
The names of the Viruses are Joke Russ.A in the first two.
The names of the Viruses are BKDR CHARGE.C in the second two
Then Joke Russ.A in the forth Archive file
Then a Charge in the windows one.
PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DELETE THEM.
