Hello Jack Gulley,
Thank you for your response to the MSI.DLL:222 error message. I am trying to install
new software and I got the same error message. Your response was to extract the file
from Windows*.CAB located in Windows........ As I am not used to doing this, Can
you please tell me how to "extract" the file? I got as far as the two folders CAB
and Install but could find anything with MSI.DLL:222... Pls advise
