That's probably why you are in Safe mode. Safe mode is a diagnostic mode and duplicates
will only show in safe mode. Those won't show up in normal mode, so you will have
no clue.
Network adapters: Accton.......PCI Fast Ethernet adapter
Network adapters are notorious for causing problems, if there are extras, or one
that isn't in use. Is your PC networked to another one? First, you need to find out
which one you have physically installed, then remove the other one.
If you're not networked and the NIC isn't in use, it needs to be disabled, by unchecking
the configuration in properties. Highlight device - select properties.
This -> Human Interface Devices= Keyboard, Mouse, Joystick, Gamepad
Is each item listed more than once? I'm referring to exact duplicates of the same
device. If so, highlight and remove them all and reboot. Windows will detect new
hardware and reinstall drivers.
As far as these items go, someone needs to take a look. I can't see the situation.
You need to find out why the question mark. You definitely have device driver problems.
System Devices: IRQ holder for PCI IRQ steering
Universal Serial Bus controller: Generic USB hub (one of these actually has a green
question mark over the symbol for the USB)
You said, "Some just have one extra"
Even one extra is too many. You need to remove them and reboot.
Good luck
