If you are familiar with extracting and replacing files from your ME install CD (if
you have one), you might only need to replace Explorer.exe. I just finished helping
someone on the 98 forum with this problem. She had completely crashed and after successfully
replacing Explorer, she's got her computer back in operating condition.
It's late here, but I just wanted to tell you that much. I'm not real familiar with
ME, if you could go about it the same way or not. I'll check into it later. You do
need a ME startup disk, to get to the command prompt.
