I DOWNLOADED THE MISSING FILE AND PLACED IT IN THE WINDOWS/SYSTEM folder and then ran my Norton again: it worked perfectly. No problems detected on my machine. I don't have a clue what the little file does, but Norton is happy. Thanks again.
