Hello Steve,
We've decided to go back to what we had from the factory and reinstall the additional
programs from our purchased CD's since the system restore won't remove all the 9's
files.
We aren't interested in downloading music, etc. from the internet. We just want
to get back to the good sound we had and simple access. Even our CD creator program
doesn't work as well now.
I'm not looking forward to the work of copying files and the program upgrades...okay
this is it....I'm done whining. Tomorrow is a new day...wait a second...today is
a new day!
Blessings to each of you who have helped us. Bob and Sue
