I have to agree with Tom here - - and a few others I see have written (don't forget
to give Daniel some credit also). Norton reported the problem - I have no clue what
the DLL does - but placing it in the C:\Windows\System subdir does satisfy Norton.
I must also agree with Bob - I don't know what was meant in Jack's reply by the "current
build of the Microsoft.Net SDK." I also have to ask - What is that? Is that a program?
I never loaded anything like that either. But I think the others have answered the
question for now.
Thanks for all the good input to follow on my own computer.
