I have the same problem with ms project.
I went into dos (on ME) to c prompt
Typed: cd c:\windows\system
ren msi.dll msiold.dll
Restarted the system wnt to start/run/
typed: misconfig
went to extract extracted the mis.dll to the windows\system folder
restarted and..... nothing :(
I still get the same mis.dll:222 message what does the :222 mean?
