I had the same problem with CoffeeCup FTP Free. I copied the INSTALL.LOG file to
C:\, then modified the uninstall link in the registry (see the support page above)
to 1. read "program files" instead of progra~1, and 2. point to C:\install.log instead
of program files\...\install.log. It's gone now.
