I found that via the Windows Task Manager in the Processes section. I ended the process and continued to delete the file. I only had the BKDR_CHARGE.C virus, and fortunatly, it didn't do anything to my computer. The only other way I can think of to delete it would be to hit F8 on startup and go into DOS and try and delete it from there, since it shouldn't be running.
