Although I had to make all the software running on my machine XP compatable in addition to the upgrade, (new drivers, etc.) I though the hard work was well worth it... XP is faster and has less problems that ME. However, a month after completing the upgrade, I could no longer use the Internet. I was told that I have to re-install ME and then do another upgrade to XP!
