Just for your information, and this means your safe, because you get that message. 
It applies no matter which AV program you have. I still haven't found out, if there's 
another way to get rid of that error, other than to replace the file. It seems to 
work for people though.

"This is a file-infecting virus that requires the .NET framework to run. Without 
.NET, 'a missing MSCOREE.DLL message will be displayed', and the virus will not run."
