You can make a bootdiskette or EBD on any other Windows ME Computer, but you must NOT ever use A:\>sys C: or you will put the OTHER computer's system files onto YOUR computer. There are also instructions for converting a bootdiskette made ON another computer to your OWN computer's system, putting your OWN computers system files onto the diskette. To USE a bootdiskette you should either: 1./ Put the BOOTdiskette into the A: drive BEFORE starting, or: 2./ Put the BOOTdiskette into the A: drive whilst running and press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice [Or choose to "shutdown" and restart] so that: The computer ...
