Supposedly, Internet explorer saves the window size from last time it was used. If this is true, all you should need to do is resize one and then close it and it will save your settings. Don't know if this actually works, but it should in theory. If that doesn't work, download Xteq X-setup from xteq.com and use the Internet>Internet Explorer>Appearance>Window size plugin to change it manually. By the way, that program has a lot of other good tweaks for windows and a few other programs as well.
