My computer has a virus and it has infected almost every file in my _Restore folder.
I decided to delete it. I did what you guys told me to do.. i started to delete the
folder.. then it told me a file could not be found and stopped deleting the rest
of the files. Then I did the pc start up disk method.. well actually i just entered
dos mode, and then i wrote that... then it said:
Delete directory "_RESTORE" and all of all of his subdirectories [yn].. i typed y
and then it said
Deleting _RESTORE...
Then about a second later the c: prompt re-appears.
I cannot run Norton Antivirus.. i double click on the icon and it will not start..
I ran a scandisk through the website and it told me i have viruses in the _RESTORE
folder.. can someone please help.
