OMG! where to begin... i recently installed some windows updates from which i have
learned that wmp9 and IE6 are the nasty little buggaz that have caused this whole
heap of mess... b4 knowing these were the cause i tried to reboot..got to 61% and
then the 'suwin error' appeared, given the choices to click 'ignore' or 'cancel'
i clicked 'ignore' and nothing! so i closed it all down and when i restarted i was
then faced with 'error starting program the 'winspool.drv' is linked to missing export
NTDLL.dll:NTQUERYINFORMATIONPROCESS' ...along with 'couldnt load library winspool.drv'
and then 'general protection fault module VERX.dll@0002:24AE...arghhhhh..is there
much more?? iv given up all hope of rebooting as iv followed a few steps given to
other members at an earlier time with no joy...so i now wish to format it..only i
cant get into dos without windows loading first..what am i doing wrong?? iv also
tried goin thro 'my computer' clicking c drive then in file clicking 'format' and
no joy still..it does nothing...im at a total loss,im not too confident with messing
around but can follow presice steps...can anyone help a megre female?? ;O)
