I am not sure if this is the relevant forum to post this question but I have searched
every where to find someone with the same problem.I can be working on windows for
any length of time and suddenly, internet explorer (google) will randomly open, 8
to 10 at a time, and an assortment of letters and dots will be randomly typing into
the search box. i.e. p...bb...pp.... It always begins with internet explorer and
then sometimes other programs will open such as the printer will automatically print
of the google front page, and other programs will randomly open. If it is a really
bad event the computer will rename documents and try to delete them. Restarting the
computer sometimes helps but not always. I was on Windows XP when this first happened.
I completely erased the hard drive and reloaded using windows ME. For a while there
was not a problem and then it has begun again. I have the hp 2110 all in one printer,
I have unplugged the USB cable, sometimes this resolves the problem but not always.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? and can you think of a way to resolve it,
Russell
