Sounds like a worm/Trojan or virus or a browser HiJacker gone amok. And you are getting re-infected because you don't have a firewall. You may need to do a clean install and use a good Anti-Virus program and a firewall to prevent infection.

But start with running a full up to date Virus scan. If yours in not current, try an Online one like HouseCall_AV and see if it picks up anything.

Then get a copy of CWshredder and unzip it and run it to get rid of Coolwebsite if it has hijacked your system.

Also try running AD-Aware_v6 and/or SpyBot_S&D to see what they find after being updated online.

After checking the above you could get a copy of HiJack This and at the Spywareinfo site see what they find.
