I finally figured out a fix!!!!! Now this worked for me and I take no responsability
for anyone elses computer.....But here's an easy fix... Do a search files for stmgr.
An icon that looks like a barcode and says stmgr under it should come up. Delete
it. It is not a neccessary file. I don't know how it got onto my computer but I deleted
it and it's now running like a top with NO error messages. Just a hint
