I hope this works. I've called Microsoft and they refused to help me, because they
say it's Dell's problem.
When I called Dell, I work with a service person (in Bombay, India - thanks Dell
for sending those jobs out of the country...we need more Americans out of work).
He tried to have me do numberous things, in which none of them worked. He said
my next step was to completely re-install Windows. He also said I should never do
a "Windows Update".
