It worked for me but I don't have a Dell. I have researched this for weeks trying
to rid my self of quite a few error messages and I am happy to say everything that
I did in the past few days did the job. I have an 8 year old comuter that is booting
up like a new one. I am positive that this file was a Windows bug file. They want
to make it neccessary for us to HAVE to upgrade to XP and so on and so on.
Please let me know if it worked for you!!
