That's for you to decide. You just need check them out carefully then. If you bring
them up using Find - Files or folders, just look through them and don't delete the
ones you want. You should recognize the filename, I assume.
There's a piece of bad advice in that article. Which is that it's safe to delete
.LOG files. Those are the ones, you need to be very careful about. Do NOT delete
Install.log files, as those are needed for programs UNinstall. You may not recognize
them that easily either. If an install.log file to a program is missing, you'll need
to REinstall the program, in order to UNinstall it properly.
