Misplaced original Windows ME disc

Hi...Recently bought a new hard drive and will be installing it tomorrow. Either
our computer came w/ ME already on it, or I have lost the cd...The latter is very
possible. How can I make a replacement ME disc or can I use a friend's ME disc?
