No. And it is not the best backup as it is designed to backup most (but not all)
system files to diskettes, tape drives or disk files on another drive. It does not
support CD-R drives directly. But you can create backup files and then later copy
them to a CD-R. It is suitable for backing up specific folders. But there are better
utilities for doing that. But if you insist, you should be able to borrow someone's
Windows ME CD and copy the files off.
